Egyptian Choreography (Song: Saher Al Sharq Etneen) Egyptian-style Raq Sharqui is all about internalizing your movement and being confident, which produces a dramatic and compelling effect, even when applied to most subtle movements.
You will learn:
Suitable for all levels, this classic Egyptian style choreography will help you redefine the basics such as posture and movement execution, layer movements, and ultimately, build your stage presence so that you’ll always capture your audience. Read her interview about this workshop.
Instructor Experience: I’ve been teaching for over ten years in multiple settings including fitness centers, haflas, private clients and dance studios. I also have a background in Dance Arts and Education from Stephens College as well as UTRGV (University of Texas Rio Grande Valley).

Cost of this two-hour workshop is $30. This includes in-person attendance plus access to a recording that can be viewed for a limited time (it will not be downloadable).

What to bring: water bottle, notebook and pen
What to wear: Dancewear. The studio has a lovely wooden floor; so plan to leave any outdoor footwear at the door.
When to arrive: 15 minutes before class begins.
