Meet, Greet, and Dance!
Get to know the company, our new Artistic Director, Vanessa, and enjoy some music, snacks, and beverages at this open-house style event. Vanessa is in town hot off her trips to Cairo and London and in town for Jawaahir rehearsals, a workshop, and a show (Guild of Middle Eastern Dance) and she is excited to connect more with local community. Ask us what we've been up to! Tell us what interests you about our work! And be aware, there may be some spontaneous dancing.
- March 24th, 7-9pm, Jawaahir Studio 3010 Minnehaha. Enter through the studio door.
- Snacks and bevs provided, free event, but donations kindly suggested.
- Must be 21+ to imbibe, bring your ID.
- Not a performance! However, Jawaahir will be showcasing new works this weekend at the Guild of Middle Eastern Dance's Spring Spectacular event, and Vanessa will be dancing a solo! If you do not have your tickets yet be sure to get yours at the guild website.
