Slow & Saucy ATS® Workshop

Slow & Saucy is a juicy workshop designed to teach and refine slow movements in the ATS® vocabulary. This workshop is perfect for students who have a basic knowledge (minimum) of ATS® movement vocabulary. We'll discuss the proper muscle control and weight shifts necessary to properly and clearly execute our slow movements, as well as how to add a little bit of sass to your dance. 

L1: Taxeem, Floreo, Arm Undulations, Bodywave, Torso Twist, Circle Step 

L2: Walking Taxeem, Walking Bodywave, Reverse Turn, Propeller Turn, Corkscrew Turn, Camel Walk (variations), Ribcage Rotation, Headslidis 

L3+: Wrap-around Turn, Barrel Turn, Sahra Turn, Pulse Turn, The Rainbow, Loco Camel, Medusa (variation 1), Strong Arm (variations) 

Please wear appropriate class gear (yoga pants and a tank top/tshirt are great; no coin belts, please), bring water, and zils (we have a few loaner sets in the studio for those that do not have a pair). 

The maximum number of participants is for this workshop is 15, so reserve your space early.
