Spring Spectacular 2023 – Registration Begins

Looking for a spring refresh of your dance skills and inspirations? We are offering four amazing workshops by talented Guild Instructors.
Saturday: 10:00 am - 12:00 noon, Capturing Your Audience by Tay Zavala
Saturday: 12:30 -2:30 pm, Turns, Transitions & Traveling Steps by Vanessa Raqs
Sunday: 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm, Spectacular Shimmy Slam by Cassandra Shore
Sunday: 2:30 - 4:30 pm, Modern Turkish Oryantal Choreography by Amina Beres
- Register for workshops on the Guild Shop page beginning Saturday, Jan. 28 at 1 pm CT. You will need to log in to see the workshop buttons.
- Class size is limited to ensure participants have a fantastic experience!
- Cost of each two-hour workshop is $30. This includes in-person attendance plus access to a recording that can be viewed for a limited time (it will not be downloadable).
- You must be a Guild member to register. Annual dues are $28.

Looking to dance in the Spring Spectacular? This year we have two options.
Elision Theater Performance in Crystal, MN: If you are looking to present a piece that is more polished. This is a formal theater presentation and ticketed show with a printed program. This show includes a full tech crew, with stage manager, theater lights and lighting technician, photographer and videographer. Dance time limited to 6 minutes for solos or groups.
ONLINE PERFORMER REGISTRATION will begin accepting registrations on Jan 28, 1 PM
Social Potluck & Hafla at Jawaahir Studio, Minneapolis, MN: If your piece is not quite ready for the big stage. Or if you prefer to share your dance in a relaxed social setting. This is an informal dance event. There is no particular tech crew but we will have a photographer/videographer.
HAFLA REGISTRATION will begin accepting registrations on Jan 28, 1 PM
